Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the team after departure at no charge.

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 2 pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the team and utilise the hotel facilities until the room is ready.

Check in to the hotel is from 2 pm. Please call ahead or let our team know your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you

Guests must be 18 years of age minimum to check into Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets or be accompanied by an adult.

You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and may incur a late checkout fee.

Yes, If paying by debit card, full payment plus $100 per night bond is required on check-in. If using a credit card, a pre-authorization of the total accommodation is required and a guarantee of $50 per night will be held for any incidentals.

Yes, a valid Australian Drivers License or passport will be required for check-in.

Some of our Indigo Suites at the hotel offer bathtubs, please select this category if you require a bath and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All other room types offer dual rain and hand-held showers.

Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets offers several room types with a balcony, you will need to specifically book a suite with a balcony noted in its' room name.

We have double key rooms meaning there is a door to the main hotel hallway and then a smaller hallway with two separate room doors that open into full-sized rooms. The main hallway door can be closed off to create a private area with the two rooms for your use accessed via the internal smaller hallway. These can be requested and are subject to availability. Please contact reservations to book the specific room types which have this double key option.

Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets does not have family rooms, however, we can offer double key rooms, suites can have a rollaway added to allow for 3 guests (at an additional charge of $65 per night) and our twin rooms can hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children sharing existing bedding. Baby cots are provided free of charge for all room types on request*, please contact reservations or reception to request this (*please note: cots are subject to availability).

Our King Standard, Premium, Corner and Accessible rooms all accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Our Twin Standard rooms hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children* sharing existing bedding. Suites can accommodate 2 guests as standard, however, can accommodate an extra guest with a rollaway. Rollaways are charged an additional $65 per night. Please contact reservations to book a rollaway bed in your suite. Baby cots are provided free of charge for all room types on request*, please contact reservations or reception to request this (please note: cots are subject to availability).

*children are defined as being under the age of 12. 12 years and above are considered adults.

Due to fire codes only registered in-house guests are allowed into rooms. Guests can be met in Merrymaker Rooftop Bar, Mezzanine or in the lobby and Market & Meander area.

Children are considered to be below 12 years of age. Above this age, additional room charges and extra beds may be required. Please contact our reservation team to confirm if you have any questions.

Market & Meander Bar and Eatery is our main dining venue offering modern Italian cuisine complemented by our local producers and friends at the Adelaide Central Market. It is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea and Dinner and is on our ground floor. Merrymaker Rooftop Bar is on level 16, is the highest rooftop bar in Adelaide and features a tapas and pizza bar menu. Sample fresh oysters, charcuterie, South Australian Cheeses while snacking on our small bits and oven fresh pizza.

Market & Meander and Merrymaker accept all credit cards, EFTPOS and Debit Cards as forms of payment. Credit cards all attract a 1.9% surcharge (including American Express) except Diners Card and JCB which attracts a 3% surcharge. Please note that cash is not kept on the premises. The hotel and its venues are cashless.

We offer daily breakfast in Market & Meander, you can check out the menu here. For guests on an inclusive rate, breakfast includes our pantry continental offering including cereals, pastries, yoghurt, juices, fruits, toast and preserves which you can enjoy and select at your leisure plus a choice of one item from our a la carte menu.

Exclusive events at Merrymaker can be booked Sunday - Thursday subject to availability. Minimum spends apply for the exclusive use of the space (Between $5000 - $15,000 depending on the night). From Wednesday to Sunday, we are open to the public. If you do not want to book the venue exclusively any booking above 8 guests will need to confirm their booking with a credit card guarantee. We allow outside cakes to be brought into our venues for special occasions. We will hold the cake, cut and present it for a charge of AUD$3 per person. Please note that this charge is also applicable to cup cakes.

We do not allow outside beverages or wines to be brought into the hotel, we do not have a corkage charge because of this.
