Not your average meeting space. With eccentric pops of colour amongst comforting décor and subtle styling touches, the Vicars Boardroom is fit with all the equipment for a seamless and productive meeting. This private boardroom area includes; a plasma TV with HDMI connection, Policom, whiteboard, flipchart, meeting organiser essential box, note pads and pens. This space has natural light and is suitable for a boardroom-style meeting of up to 16 people.

The Mezzanine can accommodate your birthdays, cocktail functions, mini weddings or event gatherings. It is right above our Market & Meander restaurant so you get that insta-worthy archway and your own private space*. The Mezz also features floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 TVs for playing a photo reel or your own presentation and can accommodate up to 60 guests

An exclusive takeover of Merrymaker is available every day with up to 96 guests and a tailored menu and drinks package to suit your tastes. On days we are open we can accommodate larger groups as below if you do not want your event to be exclusive.

Group Bookings:

From Thursday to Sunday, we are open! For all bookings above 8 guests will need to confirm their booking with a credit card guarantee. You can see availability and book for groups of up to 30 people online. If you want to book a group, please BOOK HERE.

Merrymaker Rooftop Bar will close when adverse weather may result in a risk to guests or staff. Please be advised that we will try to accommodate guests elsewhere, however, we cannot guarantee availability in our other venues.
