Join us for an Italian-inspired paint and sip at Merrymaker Rooftop Bar, part of the Italian Festival Adelaide.
On Saturday, 8 November 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Merrymaker partners with Studio Vino for a rooftop art experience with a splash of Italian flair.
Enjoy a 2-hour guided session led by a Studio Vino instructor. Paint, sip, and take in Adelaide’s skyline while you enjoy a refreshing Italian Spritz on arrival.
Tickets – $99 per person
Your ticket includes:
• 2-hour guided painting session
• All art materials (40x50cm canvas)
• Italian Spritz welcome drink

An exclusive takeover of Merrymaker is available Sunday - Tuesday with up to 96 guests and a tailored menu and drinks package to suit your tastes. On days we are open we can accommodate larger groups as below.
From Wednesday to Sunday, we are open! For all bookings above 8 guests will need to confirm their booking with a credit card guarantee. You can see availability and book for groups of up to 30 people online. If you want to book a group, please BOOK HERE.

Merrymaker Rooftop Bar will close when adverse weather may result in a risk to guests or staff. Please be advised that we will try to accommodate guests elsewhere, however, we cannot guarantee availability in our other venues.

The rawness of our neighbourhood is reflected in the menu, where you can find authentic flavours of Streaky Bay oysters and charcuterie from the Adelaide Central Markets.
If you long for something a little more refined, we'd like to place our Lobster Roll with green goddess dressing (addictive, we know) under the spotlight. Take your tastebuds on a tour of the neighbourhood with our produce being sourced from our beloved locals.

With our foundations in the historic and vibrant Adelaide Central Market where festivals of food and craft come together, we want to offer a crowning space for a culmination of revelry, laughter and fun.
The rawness of the market and its vendors lends itself to the theme of our raw bar showcasing today's catch from the Great Australian Bite, and our wine list puts the vines of the Barossa and Clare Valleys under the spotlight.
Our refinery is in our décor and culinary skills, mixology and service. Our spirited team, who love a laugh, are led by Chef de Cuisine, Gabriele. Bergamo-born (North Italy) and passionate about food, wine and travel, Chef Gabriele has worked in kitchens across the USA, Dubai and Spain but has found much merriment in Australia, which he now calls home.
