When was the last time you split a main meal on Valentine's Day? At Merrymaker, we're cutting out the unnecessary courses and heading straight for the good stuff: dessert. Order a dessert and a paired cocktail for $30, simple. So, you can skip the boring bits and go to spoon feeding that person you fancy. You're welcome.

It's a fiesta, on Adelaide’s highest rooftop bar.
We're celebrating the Mexican festival of Cinco de Mayo with a five-course feast championing South Australian produce, an official Tasting Australia 2024 event.
Ingredients are set to be sourced from Adelaide institutions like Adelaide Central Market and Samtass Seafood, along with regions such as the Fleurieu and Eyre peninsulas. Diners will receive five delicious courses featuring the best from our state, each expertly matched to brews from Adelaide craft beer specialist Mismatch Brewing Co.
A live DJ will keep the fiesta alive, and cerveza-style beers and tequila by Agave Australis, Australia's premier blue weber agave spirit producer, will turn the rooftop into a colourful carnival.

An exclusive takeover of Merrymaker is available Sunday - Tuesday with up to 96 guests and a tailored menu and drinks package to suit your tastes. On days we are open we can accommodate larger groups as below.
From Wednesday to Sunday, we are open! For all bookings above 8 guests will need to confirm their booking with a credit card guarantee. You can see availability and book for groups of up to 30 people online. If you want to book a group, please BOOK HERE.

Gather your group of fun-loving, merrymaking pals who have a palette for hibachi grills, cured meats and the small plates curated by Chef Gabriele.
The rawness of our neighbourhood is reflected in the menu, where you can find authentic flavours of Streaky Bay oysters and charcuterie from the Adelaide Central Markets.
If you long for something a little more refined, we'd like to place our Lobster Roll with green goddess dressing (addictive, we know) under the spotlight. Take your tastebuds on a tour of the neighbourhood with our produce being sourced from our beloved locals.

The rawness of the market and its vendors lends itself to the theme of our raw bar showcasing today's catch from the Great Australian Bite, and our wine list puts the vines of the Barossa and Clare Valleys under the spotlight.
Our refinery is in our décor and culinary skills, mixology and service. Our spirited team, who love a laugh, are led by Chef de Cuisine, Gabriele. Bergamo-born (North Italy) and passionate about food, wine and travel, Chef Gabriele has worked in kitchens across the USA, Dubai and Spain but has found much merriment in Australia, which he now calls home.
