Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond is one of the country’s longest running eating and drinking festivals – celebration and collaboration of people, produce and place lie at the heart of our existence.

Each autumn they invite audiences to step beyond a standard food festival to discover deliciously different experiences that feed their curiosity.

This year we are hosting three events as part of Tasting Australia 2025.

• Cinco De Mayo Fiesta on Sunday 4 May at Merrymaker Rooftop Bar
• Cocktail Masterclass with Threefold Distilling on Thursday 8 May at Merrymaker Rooftop Bar
• Italy to Adelaide: A Culinary Journey on Friday 9 May at Market & Meander
